Messaging reset for a SaaS marketplace

Challenge: prospects didn’t see the value; campaigns were busy but not converting. What we did: interviewed customers and sales; reframed value in plain language; built a tighter pitch + landing page; tested messages in SDR outreach and paid. Result: ~4× increase in sales-accepted leads and much lower cost per lead (order of magnitude). Notes: results came from the bundle — message, targeting, page, and outreach — not one silver bullet.


Sales enablement overhaul

Challenge: good product, inconsistent story across discovery calls and decks. What we did: clarified the problem story, added crisp proof points, built a short deck and objection handling notes, and aligned discovery questions. Result: cleaner, more consistent calls and a measurable lift in qualified opportunities over the quarter.


Positioning for an AI feature

Challenge: new feature, hard to explain without overselling. What we did: talked to 15 customers, isolated the real “why it matters,” and wrote a simple narrative and page copy. Result: better demo flow and clearer conversations; easier for marketing to brief content and for sales to handle “how is this different?” questions.
